Target: 1 Creature but not on self
Restriction: you may use this tactic only once per day
Effect: Automatically Transfer all your Current HP to the target (The target will not gain HP further than it's maximum, but you will still lose all of them). You can go below your current Heal Point Until half your Maximum HP. then fall unconscious.
